Portland distilleries offer whiskey tours, spirit flights and cocktail lounges. Start with one neighborhood: New Deal and Westward are in the Central Eastside; Freeland is in Northwest Portland; 503 Distilling is farther south in Southeast Portland.
Central Eastside: whiskey and tasting flights
Westward Whiskey
65 SE Washington Street. Choose Westward for American single malt whiskey and a production tour. Tastings and tours require an appointment; an online request is confirmed only after the team approves it. Request a Westward visit. Our Westward Whiskey visitor guide covers tasting choices and booking.
New Deal Distillery
900 SE Salmon Street. The bottle shop welcomes walk-ins for spirit flights and shopping. Group tours are a separate package: arrange them ahead and check the minimum group size. Check New Deal's visitor details. See how its bottles compare in our Oregon vodka and Oregon pear brandy guides.
For a compact two-stop plan, secure Westward's appointment first, then check New Deal's opening hours around it. These stops share an area; that does not guarantee matching schedules.
Northwest Portland: Freeland Spirits
2671 NW Vaughn Street. Freeland offers tasting flights, cocktails and bookable distillery tours. Treat it as a separate area from the Central Eastside. Its PDX airport tasting room is another location. See Freeland's locations and tour link. Compare styles in our Oregon gin guide.
Southeast Portland: 503 Distilling
4784 SE 17th Avenue, Suite 150. Choose the cocktail lounge for draft cocktails and the brand's spirits. The lounge listing does not establish that a production tour is available. Check current opening days before adding this stop. View the 503 lounge.

A flight is a tasting, not automatically a tour. Confirm bookings and hours with each venue, and arrange transport before drinking. For more regions, use the Oregon distilleries directory.
