Fireside Distillers: appointment tastings
4065 West 11th Avenue, Suite 47. Fireside offers spirit flights and sample cocktails. Its visitor page says tastings are by appointment for 2026; bottle sales during normal work hours are a separate arrangement. Full cocktails are not part of its regular offering.

Elixir Craft Spirits: scheduled liqueur sampling
1050 Bethel Drive. Elixir welcomes visitors to sample its liqueurs and asks them to call 541-345-2257 to schedule. Use the distillery address, rather than the separate postal address on its contact page.
Wolf Spirit: arrange your visit first
121 North Monroe Street. Wolf Spirit lists Tuesday–Saturday, 10 a.m.–5 p.m., with appointments appreciated. Use its distillery contact details to confirm whether a tasting or tour is available for your date. The hours alone do not establish a bookable production tour.
